ys. During the first three days, everything proceeded smoothly, even with the SIC (Seat-in-Coach) arrangement, as there were only about 8 to 10 participants. The pick-up process was efficient, and I experienced no discomfort. However, on the last two days, the SIC arrangement included approximately 50 people. This larger group led to delays, as some participants took considerable time to leave their hotels, resulting in a 1.5-hour delay. Consequently, we were unable to fully explore the planned activities for those days. To improve the experience, I would suggest limiting the SIC group size to around 10 people, rather than 50, to avoid such delays and enhance overall satisfaction.

Each day`s Itinerary was not shared on a daily basis. Singapore : Hotel room very small for three adults. Very cramped. Sight seeing tour arrangements are fine.Each day itinerary shared very well. MSB skylark visit was cancelled by the authorise. we had to make our own arrangements for transportation the following day which was very expensive.

now the sea aquarium was just a short walk from Universal Studios - would've loved to have that in the plan! Ended up checking it out on my own, but still had a great time. Maybe just a tiny bit more planning next time?

At the last moment they suggested me, this is the best hotel as per your needs. I said ok. When we reach at the hotel, the hotel told us we don’t have any room service of food in hotel. Only we provide breakfast. I tried to call the agency they didn’t bother to call me back or address my concern. 2. I have made my itinerary as such that pick up time for us was 11:00am but when we reached in Singapore. They told us the pick up time is 9:30am. Every time I have to beg them to change the pickup time. I tried to call the agency they didn’t bother to call me back. 3. To top it, I had to follow with them, in a day advance, what will I cover here. When is the pick up time, etc. There is no one informed in their operation team or in their team, who knows what things will be covered. How to go about the venue. No guidance will be provided from their end. It’s better you book by Klook and travel by yourself. Klook is much cheaper in service and is more time convenient. 4. Please do ask in advance what will be covered in city tour. They will fool you there. They told us city tour, and after 3 hrs they told us our time for city tour is over. We have consumed lots of time in Petronas, so now they won’t take us anywhere else. We told them we need to have lunch break, they told us it’s not covered in city tour. Their response was so hilarious. We had booked pvt cab for our convenience but this is how their service quality was. Pathetic experience, pathetic quality of service, no coordination among their team. Travel agent will make false promises, and cheat you at the time of your requirement. After the trip I felt so cheated by the agency. I tried to talk to travel triangle for help, they did some help but not enough. At the end they sided with the agency, because even they didn’t try to discuss things with me, but with agency. I think, for travel Traingle, their partnership with travel agency values more than their customers.

glade in Dalhausi was great. Hotel at Kangra (Clarks Inn Suits) was awesome. Food ambiance and management are really good Clarks Inn Suites was the best among all the three hotels. Driver, Mr. Kewal Kumar was nice person and his driving skill is very good. Travel Agent Ms. Shilpa is very nice and supported where need. But the hotel in McLeodganj, Sky Bhagsu was not good. It is like a guest house not like a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very small just like stores in houses. Even basic amenities are not available in rooms. Thanks to Ms. Shilpa, Travel Vichar and Travel Triangle for great experience.
